The Multimedia Message Service (MMS) is an important service for the mobile phones. Before going to create a MMS and for WAP service, it is needed to check if the device has the required settings or not.
For checking whether the MMS/WAP settings are fine or not in the device one can do the following--
1. Capture a photo with the camera and send it to the own number and if the message come to the number then the MMS settings is fine in the device.
2. Capture a photo and send it to the own number and if the message sending failed then the settings is not fine.
If device send the message successfully, then go for the following steps--
> Press and hold the 'ZERO' key, and if the device connects to the operator site then the settings is OK and no need to settings separately...
If device showing message sending failed, then go for the following steps--
> Go to Menu and then select Tools in the device. (The location may be changed due to device)
> Then go the Settings Wizard and then select Operator.
> Follow there various on-screen steps to configure the phone with the required operator.
After doing the above steps, press and hold the ZERO key for checking the settings working correctly or not. If the settings showing problem or error then one should contact the operator for the WAP/MMS settings.
